"With the money we're providing thirty university places for kids from the poor parts of town and the refugee camps. These will all be at the Dar a-Kalima college, up on the hill in Bethlehem, which is the only dedicated arts university in the Middle East. Every student will get all their fees paid and living expenses for the duration of their two year course."
